Cooking Class

This Thursday, March 31st, we'll be hosting the second installment in our series of cooking classes.  We're going with an Italian theme for this one...Prosciutto Wrapped Stuffed Pork Loin, Wild Mushroom Risotto, Roasted Asparagus and Tiramisu. I'll teach you how to make everything, we'll have a great dinner and I'll send you home with recipes, leftovers and some new techniques!
