The people asked, and CF&k has answered! We brought our Vegan Eggplant dish back, but we put it on the take out menu so you can have it whenever you want! We tweaked it a bit, making it into a lasagne style dish, but the essential ingredients are the same ones you know and love! You still have an hour to eat this for dinner tonight!!
