Folks. We’ve made this HOAGIE RELISH that is so tasty we built a sandwich around it. It’s local cherry peppers, poblanos, oregano and some veggies that we chopped up and fermented for a bit, then we cooked it and now you can buy it!! It’s spicy but not too much, juicy and THE PERFECT SPREAD for a nice italian hoagie or grilled veggie sandwich. Whatever way you wanna eat it, i guarantee you’re gonna love it. Available in the Holiday Lounge, put it in a custom gift basket!! And no, you can’t get the sandwich, it was just for show. The staff did enjoy it though 😜
