We did a wonderful bridal shower this Sunday. The sun was out, the guests were beautiful and the food was delicious! It was a buffet style brunch, with some savory things added as well.
The Menu:
Smoked salmon and gravlax display with tomato slices, red onions, capers and cream cheese
Bagels
Frittata squares with an assortment of filling (Goat Cheese and Roasted Tomato, Caramelized Onion, Peppers and Cheddar, Mushroom and Thyme and Gruyere)
Breakfast Strata with Eggs, Brioche, Spinach, Roasted Peppers and Fresh Mozzarella
Mini Leek and Brie quiche
Lemon crème-filled Blintzes with Fresh Strawberries or Blueberry sauce
Individual Parfaits of Berries, Yogurt and Granola in small mason jars
Banana-stuffed Challah French toast with Fresh Maple Syrup
Turkey Sausages and Bacon with Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes
Fresh Fruit Display
Breakfast Sweet Display with Mini Sticky Buns, Poppy Seed Loaf, Tiny Muffins and Sliced Breakfast Breads
We also had Mimosas, Punch, Lemonade, Iced Tea and Wine
and Cake!
