"Do you have a Catering Menu?"

People are always asking,"Do you have a Catering Menu?", which presents a problem for us. It's not for lack of ideas, but we customize every menu for each individual event. We don't like to lock into a preconceived menu that may not be quite right for every event, or worse-one that may go out of season. Since we do our best to use local farms and producers, sometimes we just can't produce a tomato in January or asparagus in August.

That being said, we do have lists of our specialties that may be used as a guide for our style. We build each menu based on your tastes, your guests dietary needs, and what is fresh and in-season. We cater all types of events, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Retirement Parties, Graduation Parties, Barbecues, Holiday Parties, Cocktail Parties, Birthday Parties, Fundraising galas and Corporate events. Maybe you just want to have a few of your closest friends and family around the table for no particular reason. We can assemble a menu from our favorites or learn to make one of yours.
