Gluten-Free Open House


We catered an open house event with a gluten free menu. The hostess wanted a full menu that her gluten-free daughter could enjoy and the guests wouldn't even know the difference. Mission accomplished! The guests ate wonderfully and enjoyed everything, no one missed a thing!

Hors d’oeuvres:
Artisan Cheeseboard with Small Batch Local Cheeses, Handmade Flatbreads, Seasonal Fruits, Preserves and Crudite
Blue Cheese and Almond stuffed Dates, wrapped in Bacon
Hebrew Nationals wrapped in Pretzel Dough, Cranberry Mustard
Individual Crudite Cones with Peppercorn Ranch Dip
Gazpacho Shooters with Avocado Oil
Rice Paper Spring Rolls with Mango and Basil, Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce
Fritatta Bites with Assorted Vegetarian Fillings
Chicken Salad with Apples, Almonds and Dill on Tiny Brioche Rolls
Sliced Filet Baguette Toast with Pickled Onions and Horseradish Creme
Smoked Salmon, Wasabi and Nori Stacks
Wheatberry Salad with Dried Cranberries and Goat Cheese, served in Persian Cucumber Cups
