Brazilian Barbecue

We catered a Brazilian-themed Barbecue that was hosted indoors due to the weather. Chef Kim braved the extreme heat and manned the grill.

Appetizers:
Artisan Cheeseboard with Local, Small Batch Cheeses, Seasonal Fruits and Preserves, Handmade Flatbreads and Crackers
Individual Crudité Cones with Peppercorn Ranch Dip
Tomato, Basil and Fresh Mozzarella Focaccia Squares
Little Smokies wrapped in Pretzel Dough, Cranberry Mustard
Crispy Swiss Chard Ravioli with Goat Cheese Crema
Vegetable Fritters with Tomato Jalapeno Marmelade, Sour Cream
Bowls of Fishies and Potato Chips for the kids

Citrus-marinated Chicken Thighs, Orange Mojo Baste
Sirloin Burgers, Buns
All Beef Hot Dogs, Buns
Black Bean Salad with Corn and Cilantro
Chopped Vegetable Salad with Brioche Croutons, Lime Vinaigrette
Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella Salad with Balsamic Reduction
Wheatberry Salad with Dried Cranberries and Goat Cheese
